Organizational Change: Sociological Perspectives

    Research output: Book/ReportBookpeer-review

    Abstract

This pioneering text offers a critical analysis and reappraisal of the core models employed to explain and to account for the dynamics of organizational change processes. Introducing the concept of n-step guides for change, the book observes that the curriculum developed to account for the problems and processes of change within organizations lacks any sensible account of history, context and organizational plurality. The book will be of interest to under-graduate students; to MBA students and to those practitioners charged with the development and elaboration of change management strategies.
