Abstract

Hartlepool should be a place where everyone can feel healthy and happy. Across the town, there are lots of great things in place to help make this happen, but there are also some things that could be better.

Through this project, we aimed to find out what makes a difference to people's health and happiness in Hartlepool. We thought that the best way to find this out was to ask people who live in Hartlepool.
