Abstract

Work as we knew it before the Covid-19 pandemic has changed forever. Colocated teams may continue for some but working flexibly in a hybrid face-to-face / virtual manner is the prevalent approach. Equipping learners for this changed and changing work environment is critical to support UN Sustainable Development Goal 8. This interactive breakout session using online whiteboards will employ a problem prioritisation approach to discover issues and their resolution and problem categorization to synthesise a future action plan. Participants will co-create insights into emergent effective learning practices and challenges to developing learner team working competencies for a hybrid work environment.
