Abstract
In this paper, we study the effect of corporate entrepreneurship on innovation productivity of spin-off firms. Results show that spin-off firms, supported by parent firms, with superior absorptive capacity and entrepreneurial orientation are more likely to yield a higher productivity derived from innovation.
