Abstract
Exhibition of commissioned artworks exploring two sustainable energy projects in South Tyneside - Hebburn Central, which uses water from a flooded mine to heat local buildings, and Viking Energy Network Jarrow, which uses water from the River Tyne to heat local buildings.
The artworks were developed through engagement with local mining communities, young people, environmental scientists and engineers.
Three artworks will be exhibited - a series of infrared photographs, a customised printed circuit board series and an interactive real time moving image work.
