Abstract

Alfvénic waves are thought to be a key mechanism for energy transfer in the Sun’s atmosphere. However, details of the waves journey from photosphere to corona to solar wind remain unverified. The Alfvénic waves also offer the chance to explore the difficult to measure coronal magnetic field. New and future instrumentation will provide exciting opportunities to probe the Alfvénic waves
