Abstract
In this paper, we propose a flux observer design for induction motors. We consider the Park's model of induction motors in the α - β frame and we assume that the angular speed and the stator currents are measured. The proposed flux observer is an extension, to the multi-output case, of the improved high gain observer given in [3]. Simulation results are presented to highlight the performance of the observer.
