Stability analysis for fuzzy descriptor systems

Abstract

The quadratic stability of fuzzy descriptor system is investigated. The necessary condition is presented for the existence of a common matrix X ensuring the stability. With the LMIs (linear matrix inequalities) technique, a method of solving the inequalities is deduced. Out result reduce computation obviously compared with the previous one. Then a feedback controller design approach and the corresponding necessary condition are given. Finally, a numerical example is given.
