Abstract
Since 2012, researchers and clinicians in one National Health Service (NHS) Trust have been involved in an NHS led and funded project to develop and evaluate a programme to support International Medical Graduates; (IMGs; graduates who have obtained their medical degree outside the country in which they work). The synthesis of this work is presented here as a toolbox, providing an evidence- guided example of best practice for supporting IMGs.
