    Abstract

This research aims at generating an overall research picture of the green implementation of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) in manufacturing sector through a systematic synthesis of current literature published since 2010. This study found that there is research scarcity in cultural assessment for green implementation of LSS. This study enlightens the current research stream associated with green LSS integration by revealing significant research gap towards LSS project deployment approach. This study sets out an initial attempt to recommend a shift of the practitioners and research scholars’ views towards a newer paradigm of green deployment of LSS projects in manufacturing.
