Abstract

What if water could talk? What if it could write poems? What if our carpets could flow like the tide? What if we all lived in igloos? These are just a few of the questions asked (and in some cases, answered) at London Design Festival exhibition Water, Peckham's Copeland Gallery on 18-24 September 2017. A truly unique show with 13 designers each presenting their own interpretation of the world's most abundant material resource. Through experiments and sculpture, art and technology, light and sound, Water promises a melange of maverick ideas, thought-provoking speculations, playful creations and moments of unexpected beauty. There's even a cloud-making workshop on the agenda?
